Student looking to take body fat off??
Question: 17 years old
in high school
lift 3 times a week
chinese (if that means anything)
I am seriously just a little bit away from a 6-pack. Its just a patch of fat over it. I work as much as I can and do cardio as often as I can, but i still cant shake it off
My diet consists of
RICE, fish, chicken (dinner almost daily)
Ceasar salads(lunch)
Pearl Milk tea and the occasional Calamari (snack)
Bread (breakfast)
Cinnimon Toast Crunch (midnight snack)
Answers: Take off the midnight snack or try something else with less sugar.
stop eating fat food, and start eating furits . drink alot of water,and trust me am 100 pounds i use to be 200,
Midnight snacks are very unhealthy to the human body, because you eat and then sleep.
When you eat and the sleep almost right after, your body does a lazy way of digesting, and you get a little bit fat each DAY you have a midnight snack.
The recommend time is to eat and then sleep 2hours AFTER that. So if you have a snack at night, you should try and make sure to sleep 2 hours after that snack, no matter how small a snack.
Also, cinnimon toast crunch? are you serious? That has so many sugars, no wonder you can't lose that fat. Try a little harder, you're almost there though, don't give up.
I dont think the problem is with your diet do you ever change your exersize routine? look up pilaties and see if that helps you
