Homo milk is better than 2% milk for growht??

Question: is it true that homo milk is better than 2% milk for teenagers to increase their height? if so, why is that isn't the % just the amount of fat?
Answers: There is not truth to that, all milk contains calcium which is required for bone health. The 2% is just the amount of fat content so if you have a weight issue go with the lower fat one :)
consuming milk has absolutely no effect on increasing the growth of the human skeletal system beyond the natural genetic potential. a poor diet can retard growth but an excess of nutrients will do nothing except probably make you grow wider (fatter).
Whole milk just has more fat than the lower fat milk. IT won't help you grow tallker, but whole milk has more calories and fat, so unless someone needs more calories, skim is the best choice. Kids under 2 need the fat for brain development, but the rest of us usually get enough fat in our diet that we don't need the extra fat from milk.
Whole milk is good for brain development in children aged 5 years and younger. 6 years and older should drink 2%/1%/skim milk.
