How can i lose weight??


Question: How can i lose weight,i'm 14 and im a size 38.and im wanting more ideas on how to lose weighand what can i do to make my boobs strong.im tired of being fat.i want to slim.I hate milk and cereal,because im get sick if i eat it.Pleeze help me.Oh and i don't like drinking water during meals.any good low-fat drinks!

well you have to learn how to give up the junk food and soda and juice :)

also stay under 1200 calories and exercise
Do a google search on 'honey and lemon to lose weight'. Take a spoonful or two, depending on the results you get in google, in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning when you get up, and don't eat anything for the next hour and a half. You don't need to drink water during meals, drink them during the day and make sure you drink lots of water, this keeps your body fluids intact, fills you up without adding weight and 'cleans out your system'. Also, do a google search on low calorie foods, I would suggest fruits like apples, pears, peaches and grapes as these are low calorie. I would also suggest low calorie soups like cabbage and make sure there are enough vegetables in them. Lastly, eat small meals every three hours, rather than three big meals a day. Six small meals will mean you curb hunger pangs and also maintain a better metabolic rate.


You could also go in for specific diets like atkinson's where your intake of proteins is very high but i guess you're a little too young and that might have side effects.

I lost like 40 pounds on atkins it is easy and you can eat really good food!!
I remember being in your position I was the exact same. It took me 5 years to lose the weight, but I didnt exercise much, or go on a diet . It was just me doing what I call Smart Living

I suggest you do not go on any severe diet, you dont need too, you are not that fat, I was your age and I was also a size 38. Just eat smart; as in limit your portions to a decent serving amount. Eat your veggies and fruit, drink plenty of water. End all of your sugary products like Candy and Soda!
Try Diet Snapple Tea, that is a great alternative to Soda if you are not quite ready to go to water. And avoid Fast Food if at all possible, if you are caught in one of those Roadtrip scenarios in which you have to eat Fast Food. Get the Kids Meal, I know it sounds lame, but the portions are the right amount for an average person. If you feel it is too lame then just order a small hamburger/cheeseburger (doesnt matter) with a small drink and fry. (Remember to think and order Small )

Take a healthy walk during the morning or in the evening (Doesn't matter). Be active in your Physical Education classes. Try taking up a sport if you are up to it, they are great motivators and good exercise. (Most Jocks will not bother you if you give off a confident and strong impression, dont) Also, you can just go to the YMCA or the city gym, and personal trainers will gladly help you with whaterver toning you need.

Also most importantly to envision a slimmer body, that is the most important. Most people stay fat, cause they never envision themselves as thin. So just remember just because you are not at the body type you want, doesnt mean you have to accept it.

have you tried protein shakes? they are super duper healthy for you and have 0g of fat. Its amazing. You can get special protein powder online and you use jello powder. Its super delicious!! :D

also, regular excersize is KEY to getting in shape.

All you need to do is burn more calories that you take in. About 3000 calories equal one pound. So if you burn about 2000 calories a day, but only eat 1500 calories that is a deficit of 500 calories.
