Why does Muscle Milk taste so good??
Question: this stuff is crazy.
Answers: Muscle milk tastes good because of all the extra sugars and fats they put into it.
You're getting 34 grams of protein; but with 16 grams of fat.
granted the fats are MCT's (medium chained triglycerides); which are usually burned as energy and not stored in the body; but they're still fats.
I like RTD 51 better than muscle milk. It doesn't taste as good; but you get more protein. (me being so big; I think I can handle 51 grams post workout on a heavy day) Also only 1 grams of fat and about 130 less calories than muscle milk on average.
and no; there are no steroids in muslce milk; only Whey Protein and L-Glutamine. The FDA would not allow it to be sold if there were.
Be careful. Muscle Milk is a ton of calories. If you are drinking it for fun, it will undo all of the work you are trying to get done in the gym. Careful.
I guess I was mixing it wrong because I have chocolate and I cant get one swig down without wanting to puke. What are you doing that im not?? lol
