Saggy boobs??
Question: is there a saggy boob cure wiyhout surgery?
i have saggy empty boobs with stretch marks after weight loss cant afford surgery,, and ideas please?
Answers: Not that I know of..
There are exercises you can do to tighten and strengthen your muscles and this will make your boobs feels firmer and more perky.
If you put your hands together in front of you and tense the muscles in your chest - these muscles will make you boobs move or jump a little. If you do 3 or 4 reps of 50 every day, this will improve your muscle tone and firm everything up.
Also, a decently fitting bra will help support you and help stop gravity do its job.
Plenty of moisuriser will help your skin retain its elasticity too although I'm not entirely convinced that these so call firming creams are really worth the money you shell out for them.
I use a good sports bra and when I get out of the shower I use witchhazel and rub my breast with the stuff and it has a tightening effect when dry also doing upper strengthening excersise helps good luck I feel beautiful!!! saggy boobs and all heres an Idea if you dont oppose a tanning bed the uv rays the same as sunshine will make your stretch marks less visible
plenty of exercise for the upper chest muscles, hold a broom handle hands at width of body then raise hands to chin with elbows out , this will tighten chest muscle and lift breast.
You can to peck exercises that will lift to an extent but will never replace what plastic surgery can do. Google chest exercises.
Don't worry , loads of us have saggy boobs. Just live with it and if you can afford it have a boob-lift. The only way that stretchmarks could have been avoided is by using a vitamem e cream each and everyday. Don't worry though, their are millions of woman with the same problem, we are mothers afterall even though we want to look good most of us cannot afford plastic surgery.:)))) Ignore the ugly answers.
oooh-lots of massage with moisturiser,and that retinol A stuff;can I volunteer please??
Not that I havce heard of try firming creams and dont stop wearing a bra altogether. I've heard it is safe to wear bras at night so long as they are not underwired, maybe that will help.
Remember that everyone is different in shape size and the way they fall, don't get too down.
Just save up! Or... try telling your doctor is it causing you constant stress and worry, psychological problems, that's what girls in the military do and then they get them covered by their insurance. I don't know if it would fly in the civilian world. Kind of sketchy if you ask me but hey if I was in your shoes I would at least give it a shot. Otherwise save up for the boob job, 100 bucks a month. You'll have enough before you know it.
sorry not much you can do with them. i do body pump and that builds the muscles around boobs up but boobs still sag.
It is just nature unfortunately. well done on losing the weight though. Maybe you should just concentrate on the positives - no one is perfect.
I don't think you can. My friend has a similar prblem and she is saving up for surgery. You can buy moisturising cream for stretch marks I believe. I saw it in Boots I think.
If there really is such thing as karma, I'd hate to be Sharia A's boobs
There is a non surgical procedure i saw it on the tele.It involves some sort of gel being massaged round the breast. The woman on tele went up two bra sizes and her breast was more upright and firm.I think it cost 200 pound a session, but will depend on how many you need.Cant remember what its called though sorry.
Probably not, but you could try exercise to make it less saggy. I'd say surgery is the only real answer though.
Just wear a good bra and no one will ever know. If you think guys will be turned off by when you're with one, they won't, trust me.
Squash them into a small sized bra or take a fast high elevator to ground floor as regular exercise!
get a push up bra
im sure u can buy cream to sculpt and shape dem i no avon does one for a tenner
that is just plain nasty yuck..um try makeup stuff ur bra
