Was this a good healthy breakfast??


Question: 2 whole wheat whole grain waffles with organic maple syrup
1glass soy milk
1 banana

not trying to lose drastic weight or anything, just want to make sure its a balanced meal
Answers: not balanced because you're missing a whole protein. maybe subsituting the maple syrup for fresh berries and chopped walnuts. The syrup is empty calories and the fruit offers more fiber while the walnuts are a good source of protein.
