v8s are good

and the occasional healthy smoothie =]
v8 and milk are great. juice is the worst for you.
dont know what crystal lite is. is it beer?
Milk is totally healthy because it has calcium and all that. V8 is supposed to be really healthy, too. Crystal Light is healthy because I read the nutrition facts on the side of the small bottle in which the powder you mix into water is in.
milk from cows that haven't had hormones or antibiotics injectind in them...Sucrolose (splenda) caused cancer in lab rats...V8 is very healthy
I am hooked on crystal light and its great for helping to lose
weight, but its a processed thing and I am not sure how healthy it is or how to find out.
You should drink a cup of lowfat milk per day to keep your
skin healthy and not saggy. V-8 has too much salt and is very
fattening just like all juice.
V8 and milk are both healthy for you. Milk is a bit of a necessity, unless you've got some other form of calcium that you consume every day. If you are lactose intolerant, vegan (I think... do vegans drink milk?) or just don't like milk, try soymilk. It's got all the benefits of regular milk and tastes pretty good, too. The only not-quite-so beneficial bit about milk (or soymilk) is that it's usually pretty high in calories. Try skim milk (or reduced-calorie soymilk) if you're worried about your calorie intake.
V8 isn't needed as much as milk - many of the vitamins/minerals in V8 are also in common, everyday foods. But by all means, drink V8 if you want to.

Crystal Light is just flavored water, so it's really not any better for you than just regular water is. Drink it if you want; it's not like it's particularly bad for you.

Juice is fine if it is just that - 100% juice. No added sugars! Orange juice is great if you're in need of vitamin C; I've heard that pomegranate juice and grapefruit juice are beneficial as well.
