I'm trying to eat healthier, can you tell me if i am??
Question: Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ banana
Lunch:
1% Milk, Some turkey meat, & an apple
Dinner:
two 4oz Ground turkey burgers w/ one carrot, few beets, some beans w/ grean beans, and a piece of baked tater.
Answers: Those are healthier choices than most, yes. If you wanted to take it a step further, you could replace a few things with other foods. Some examples would be exchanging 1% milk for skim milk, using Splenda or other sweeteners for sugar, using whole wheat bread instead of white bread, or exchaning ketchup for mustard.

i have no idea if ur eating healthy cuz myself i dont
ppl tell me i have 2 gain weight not lose cuz im already skinny but im not those ppl dat eat n throw up rite away i dont kno how 2 spell it so i wrote dat!!!!
if u want 2 eat healthier or lose weight well im friend shes trying 2 lose weight or i think she is but she usually eats a banana or an apple 4 breakfast n 4 lunch she usually eats salad n 4 dinner she eats salad, or soup or something healthy like dat

That sounds really healthy. I would probably be hungry but that's just me. Suggestions would be to add in a snack or 2. Keeps your metabolism running and keeps you from overeating at the bigger meals. Good snack ideas would be fruit, vegetables, carrots with hummus, banana or apple with peanut butter, mixed nuts and dried fruit, nonfat or low fat yogurt, smoothie, whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp peanut butter, etc. That sounds good, great job! (I try to eat healthy too, I'm only 13 and I'm trying to do it without undereating or anything because I technically need to gain weight) :) Good Luck!
