What will happen??
Question: what will happen if i continually (from now till september 10) eat a tomato and drink milk for breakfast, eat whateveri happen to eat out but as healthy as possible for lunch since i always eat lunch out (i have no choice), and fruit for dinner (all kinds of fruit depending on what we have at home) will i lose weight/will my complexion get better/etc.

ALSO, how do i get rid of a huge, bulging stomach quick? (and thighs) and for those of you guys that answer saying 'guys like real women' my curves show more when im skinnier. ok i exaggerated about my stomach. but its still big enough that i dont like it so please tell me how to fix it! thanks!
Answers: Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

if you ll eat 3 times or even 4 or 5 but the amount of the calories will be less then you spend so you ll thiner
but if in those meals you ll include alot of fruit and vegtable and less meat you ll healthier too
