Do you get energy from pb&j sandwich, milk and apple??

Answers: Yes, peanut butter is a good source of energy as is an apple. You also get complex carbs and natural sugars from both of these. Also, the simple carbs in bread is an effective energy source, as long as you don't eat too much of it, then it stores as fat.
I would say yes. all good for you.
Absolutely, all foods we ingest provide evergy
If its not your main meal of the day YES...............................
Even though it's all good, the sandwich would be fine at breakfast time or for a morning snack, whereas the milk should be taken either half an hour before or an hour after... and the apple or any fruits is best eaten by itself as well. For utmost energy, you could do these two things... drink 8 fresh glasses a day of water and for the last meal of the day, black-eyed peas (beans) just transform your sugars into pure energy! for the next day... to which you can add any vegetable you like... Meats and fish, all fats... early in the day. As a matter of fact, breakfast should be our biggest meal of the day... and after just a little while of doing so, your body would really tell you why that is... as you would be feeling better than you ever did. Include nuts, raw nuts, brazil, almond (four a day will send migraines away), cashews, pine nuts, walnuts, pistachio, pecan, etc...
You'd be real surprised at the amount of foods you can get away with eating in the morning without gaining weight... whereas if you were to eat a fraction of this same food at night, you'd be obese in no time! To explain all of the whys would take too long here and possibly a course in biology! so try it and see for yourself! what the myriads of benefits are to do this... or anything like this... Stay away from margarines and fructose (check the ingredients) and go for real butter and even better, cold-pressed olive oil... as they do in Greece and Italy where heart attacks are real far and few in between. They say we are what we eat but the truth is much more that we are when we eat... which can make a difference between living a short life void of energy and a long, healthy and enjoy a life full of zest and energy! The more natural, the better! Good health to you! And try to avoid breads from the store shelves and find one you like at the baker's instead! Big difference! And you can eat all the bread you want if it's in the morning, your body will take care of it!
Yes but, try the peanut butter on apple slices with your milk instead of on bread...unless, of course, it's whole grain bread.
