Is this a lot to eat in a day??
Question: BREAKFAST:
2 homemade whole wheat pancakes w/ organic maple syrup
1cup skim milk
2 tbs cashews
175 gram yogurt
LUNCH:
1 whole kamut toast with hazelnut butter
1cup pineapple chunks
100gram yogurt
DINNER:
2cups whole spelt pasta
125 ml pure tomato sauce
2 tbs permesian cheese
by the way i'm not that tall i'm only 5 feet 95 pounds

It's a lot to eat if you are a dwarf. There is very little protein in your diet and lots of carbs: fail.
OH MY GOD! compared to me your anorexic and im some fat elephant! I am a little bit on the chubby side but i say what you ate is perfectly normal for you and healthy too!

Overall total is 1355 calories.
NOW depending on why you want to know this could mean several things.
IF you are loosing weight this is great. Anything from 1000-1500 for a good weight loss each week.
If you are maintaining your weight you would need to increase your calories up to 2500 slowly over a couple of months adding in 100 more calories each month.

It looks like a pretty good healthy menu to me. You could perhaps increase your raw vegetables and add in fresh fruit. The raw vegetables count for 0. The fruit are very low at about 70-100 calories.

I'd suggest you change pasta for lunch and eat a lighter dinner. That way you have time to burn calories you're eating. But, if you're not trying to lose weight, it's ok.

that defiantely sounds like a good diet. If you are trying to lose weight you should. I wouldnt think you would want to at 95 pounds. Good Luck if you are trying to lose weight. Most food that people eat as a diet are nasty and not any good but yours sounds like a pretty good one.
