Best way to be in shape??
Question: What's the best way to be in great shape? And what is the best foods to maintain the shape you want? Also what good protein is good to drink, i drink muscle milk but is their anything else that will help (not creatine) but something else that will help???

Just do a search for rmr or resting metabolic rate, there are tons of calculators out there to find something like this out. Try to use one that takes your daily activity level into account. If you want to lose weight subtract about 300 calories per day, if you want to gain, add about 300 per day. It seems like a lot, but it's not really. Look for high proteins, high whole grains...make sure there's not too much sugar in what you consume. You also want to keep your body balanced with fats...it's shocking, but there are good fats out there that your body needs to function. Dairy products are great for this! When it comes to supplements, stick with the protein drinks because a lot of the other things out there ARE NOT proven, and may be DANGEROUS. Muscle milk is good, I also like Iso Pure.
