I it true tht if we take 1 tb spoon of "cinnamon" in milk everyday we can loss weight??


Answers: Never heard of that weight loss myth, must be new. People trying to lose weight usually shy away from milk unless it's low fat. I heard that freshly squeezed lemon juice in half a glass of hot water every morning did the works.
I don't know about losing weight. But taking cinnamon everyday will help control your blood sugar if you are prediabetic or diabetic. The easiet way to take the cinnamon in capsule form. Walmart carries it. You have to be careful though because it can cause stomach irritation.
