Is Eating Alot Of Oatmeal Bad??


Question: i usually eat 2-3 packets of instant oatmeal wit 2% milk for breakfast...and some carrots...would that be to much if i want to lose weight? i also go to da gym and do 1 hour of cardio and 35 mins of weight lifting

Answers: The oatmeal is good for you but not the sugar in the instant packets. Buy the oatmeal in bulk add hot water and add a little honey or eat it with out any sugar or milk. It is great for losing weight.
i think one package of oatmeal is ok but unless u want a black gurls but like me then only stick to one
I eat 2 packs of regular instant oatmeal (100 calories per pack) almost everyday. Try water or skim milk instead of 2%.. also try sweetening it with splenda. It saves a lot of calories and tastes wonderful!!
Sometimes those packets of oatmeal are worse than candy bars. The sugar content inside makes them unhealthy (in losing weight), but other than that, it contains good fibre.
