Can you mix slim fast powder with water??
Question: i am gonna try the slim fast diet i have chocolate optima slim fast powder but it is less calories if you dont mix it with milk and im lac tose and tolerant so can i mix it with water or will it taste like sh!t
Answers: If you mix it with water and ice cubes and put it in a blender, it will taste much better and it is more like a milkshake - I actually liked the chocolate flavor prepared that way.
