How much milk should I be drinking per day? I'm 18??

I am 21 and usually drink 2 cups or so. I believe it is beneficial, some people believe it doesn't belong in an adults diet.

I try to drink a glass of milk a day and get plenty of dairy, but what I might do at 18 is try to cut it back to 1% or skim milk, just because from here on out your metabolism will not be what it was when you were in HS. Skim milk has about as much calcium as whole milk does, and all milk is an excellent source of proteins.

There are many sources of calcium out there besides dairy. Leafy green vegetables, soy products, etc.
