Will I lose weight quickly with this routine??

Question: Each and every day, I jump rope for six sets of 6 minutes each. I do 10 push-ups with a kick, an abs pilates routine, 30 tricep dips, and 10 circles with 3 lb. dumbells [soon to be 5 lbs.]. I also do daily things, like walk up the stairs, run around outside, and such.

For breakfast, I either have low-fat vanilla yogurt or a bowl of cheerios with 2% milk.

For lunch, I have a sandwich with fruit OR 1/2 block ramen noodles with 1/2 packet of chicken flavoring OR 1 microwave pizza [about 400 calories, but I eat 3/4].

For dinner, it varies, but I usually don't eat fastfood, and I try to limit my portions.

I rarely eat unhealthy snacks.

So, will my workout routine give me quick results?
Answers: Since you are working out with weights, you shouldn't focus on weight. You'll gain muscle (which isn't bad at all), and muscle weighs more than fat. Focus more on how your clothes fit instead. But yeah, you'll see results soon.
it really should work. it seems like a really great routine. (but if you want to lose more, i suggest you cut off on the frozen pizza. try bringing fresh meals or salads with a little bit of dressing. it's healthier.)
first of all...you never want to lose weight quickly.

It would benefit you more to lose the wieght slowly over eating healthier and exercising on a regular basis!!

Your meal plan seems great, you are getting balanced meals and if you are exercising then you should be fine and losing weight should come with time!!

Just make sure to have a balance meal all of the time and exercise regularly and if you aren't losing the weight fast don't get discouraged because the way that you are going you should be able to lose the weight in a reasonable amount of time!!

Good Luck
make sure you are getting enough protien, there is not much at all in a bowl of cereal and noodles.
it looks like that for real permenant weight loss you are undereating and you wirght loss will be too fast to just be fat. (youll lose muscle too).
i depends on your height age and build but going under 1500 a day is too little.

with exercise you need to have your heart rate up fo over 20 min to really wake up the fat burning. your exercises are a good start, esp the jump rope. try and do all in the same time period...not rest too much between sets of things.

good luck.
