Tell me if my diet is wrong or good??
Question: i eat breakfast cereals with milk at morning
i eat dinner at 4pm
i doing exercise at 6pm of 30 minutes on treadmill and make 4 miles a day
what do you think ?
Answers: The breakfast is good if it's not cereal loaded with sugar.
It depends on what you eat for dinner whether your diet is good or not.
The excercise sounds great.
Work in some fruit and nuts for fiber around noon. I have a similar diet but I reach for a low sugar , high protein bar around noon.
It doesn't sound to bad, don't overdue it on the running though, also...where's the lunch? You need lunch also...3 meals a day!: )

you need to eat food in between breakfast and dinner. little snack of fruits and veggies. you need to be having food intake at least 4-5 times a day with breakfast being the largest meal.
I was always told not to exercise before you go to sleep.. but your not going to sleep around that time i hope.
You need to eat lunch and snacks in between. The exercise part is great! Make sure you are eating more food during the day so that your body can have the energy to burn it off!
