I'm trying to lose some weight, was this lunch OK, do you think??

Question: I had approximately 1/3 of a German Chocolate Cake, and 1 quart of vitamin D milk. I'm feeling kind of bloated, is this normal ? Maybe, I should go for a brisk walk.
Answers: My normal lunch! Now take a long nap, and when you get up, have a whole pizza and a 6pck of beer for dinner!

:o)
The quart of milk probably made you feel bloated. If you are going to have that much dairy in one sitting, you should take some acidophilus, it will help you digest better. Get it at Wal-mart or online, or any pharmacy or healthfood store. You really need to be eating healthier......eat your veggies..... or at least a V8.
Sorry there was only 1/3 of the chocolate cake for you to eat. I ate the other 2/3.
choclate cake for lunch was a bad move eat something healthy like a sandwhich if your tryin to lose weight!

and yes walking is good excercise always a good move when trying to lost weight.
How does that lunch sound to you? If your answer is not good, than you are intelligent enough to know that chocolate cake and whole milk are not ideal for a weight loss plan.

Eat veggies, fruit, whole grains.
That's gas from milk and whatever is in that cake. Eat vegetables and fruits 5 times per day!
That was not a good luch you should of already known the answer if you had to ask someone that. When your bloated you can tell that was something i should of not been eating. Go do soem exercising to burn that stuff off. next time eat like a lowfat yogurt or low cal forzen meanl some taste really good. Look up some good diets on the interent Ive heard weight watchers works pretty good
