Is milk and eggs bad for you??

Question: im just wondering because well yeah i just wanna know. thanks
Answers: Eggs are good for you (especially the egg whites) as it gives you a great amount of protein. For milk, it's good as long as long as the cow who gave the milk didn't have chemicals pumped into it. If you go around buying milk, you'd want to get the milk that specifically says that there isn't a chemical called RBGH . In general though, Milk is not bad for you it's the chemicals that corporations may put in the cows that would be bad for you. You could also avoid the whole process by purchasing goat's milk as they're not injected with RBGH....ever. So you have your options when it comes to milk so, no worries. ^_^
No, they used to say eggs were bad for the heart, now it is OK. Milk is fine for lower fat i would suggest low fat, 2%- 1%-
or skim, but get the protein it provides. The only reason not to is lactose intolerant. Good eating====
Only if you are lactose intolerant
no
no they have protein =]
Anything in excess is bad for you.

Skim or 1% milk is actually good for you. It's 2% and whole milk products that are bad, because they have way too much saturated fat. Milk has 400mg of potassium per serving and about 30% of your daily value for calcium. It also has 7-8 grams of protein per serving. Milk is good all around for bones, your heart, etc. Just don't go over 4 cups a day and watch out for other dairy products, such as heavy cream, whipping cream, butter, etc.

Eggs aren't the best for you, but as long as you have only seven a week, they're okay. They have generous amounts of protein and half of their fat isn't even saturated. Eggs also contain eyesight-saving zeaxanthin and lutein. As long as you don't fry them in lots of butter or oil, eggs can be good for you. Don't worry too much about the cholesterol in them, unless your own levels are high. Studies show that saturated fat has more to do with high cholesterol rather than cholesterol taken from diet.
