Is this a healthy diet?!? o_O plzzz looooook <3??
Question: hi, im a male trying to slim down for prom coming up. well all i eat is like small bowl of multi grain whole wheat kix/cherrios with low fat milk in morning before school then when i get home i just eat a lean pocket pizza and thats about it. its not like ima die or straving myself is this good plan for weight loss? :O tyy =]
Answers: You ARE starving yourself which will make you lose water weight and muscle and then gain it all back because you are not gona be able to keep this up.
You have to eat 5-6 small meals a day, drink 8 glasses of water and exercise - cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and weight training a few times a week.
first of all thats the worst meal i have ever read in my life..... do u realize that ur kidneys can fail cuz of these.... this is definitely the wrong way to loose weight... if u wanna loose weight email me and give me ur person info like ur height and everything and i can give u the perfect routine for fat loss. and i guarantee u that ull be happy on ur prom
well that is 1 way to loose weight....but instead of cheerios and milk have raisin bran with water....u get addicted after a while and fruit or vegitables is way better then a lean pocket pizza...common pizza pocket....screams junk food! for calcium and protein have nuts and muchrooms(steamed) not cooked kills the good nutrition....haha yeah i wish i could eat that less...but im super slim already haha good luck man!....prom u must be so pumped :D:P haha have a good 1!
How long away is this prom? That isn't enough food to live off of...so your body will go into starvation mode and you will stop losing weight pretty quickly. If it is only a couple of days, I think it is a good diet.
No it's not a healthy diet and it will probably cause you to gain more weight as soon as you go off it... You're not getting enough protein to maintain your muscles, so you will lose muscle and fat in equal proportions. Your metabolism then goes down due to the loss of the muscle.

Not a healthy diet at all... Breakfast is okay, though you should throw some fruit in with it, and maybe a piece of toast. Then have a protein bar or something similar between breakfast and lunch, then a light lunch, something like boiled chicken, then another protein bar, and a light dinner. Several small meals is a much better way to do it than starving your body for food. If you eat less, your body will not metabolize as fast as it can, actually slowing down the process.
Mix that diet with exercise, and you will lose plenty of weight.

Here's what i would do if i where you.
Breakfast: Eat your wheat kix/cherrios cereal with low fat milk.
Lunch: I don't really recommend the lean pocket pizza because those frozen foods have alot of weird substances they put and it can not be good if consumed every day, what you should eat is something with good protein like some fish (NOT FRIED), with lots of spinach, lettuce tomatoes, salads,etc...
And for Dinner, you can eat something light, maybe a apple or a orange with some Green tea.
If you diet like this, drink tons of water everyday, exercise at least 40min-1hour a day. in about 2-3 weeks you will loose about 10-15 pounds.
Just keep doing it and you will see results as day goes by.
2 more tips; drinking hot(not too hot) water, mixed with 1 lemon every morning when you wake up will clean up your liver and reduce fat.
and if you want to eat eggs, take the yellow portion out and eat it with whole weat bread or boil the egg.
