Will you suffer from Asphyxia if you wear a mouthguard everytime you sleep??
Question: or if you wear a double (one for the upper teeth and one for the lower)
Answers: You shouldn't. There are dental appliances for sleep apnea and bruxism.. both resemble mouthgards and are worn to help you sleep better.
You will not suffer from asphyxia. The body's response to suffocation is pretty violent, and for good reason! You would spew your mouthguards out before you blacked out.
Only be concerned with being ABLE to fall asleep. If you can, you have no worries.
why would you want one for the upper and lower?
