No, it's not safe, the bleach is too strong even diluted and can burn your gums and penetrate the enamel on your teeth and cause holes in them, it's not safe at all. If you want a home remedy to try, take some baking soda, add a tiny 1/4 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and apply it with a qtip to your teeth, let set on them for about 15 minutes a day and rinse.
First, you wouldn't die...you'd become VERY sick...secondly, why would you use laundry bleach, when peroxide words so much better?
