Any solution to bad breathe??
Question: any solution to bad breathe?
Answers: Other than what has already been mentioned, you might want to consider Alfalfa Complex.
Chlorophyll is plentiful in alfalfa, and chlorophyll is known as a body cleanser, infection fighter and nature's deodorizer. This wonder of nature possesses the property of breaking down poisonous carbon dioxide, releasing oxygen in turn, thus inhibiting or reducing the action of anaerobic bacteria.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.
it is really hard to do for people like me who gag easily, but tongue scraping helps the best. Look in the mirror and srick your tounge way out. See the white on the tounge at the back near your throat, that is the equivilent to plaque on your teeth. Scraping that off at first is gonna be really hard cause it has built up so much and you might gag a lot, but once removed, keeping up with it won't be as bad, plus, you'll get used to it and it won't bother you as much. GOOD LUCK!
mints!
All of these suggestions work but just in case. Go to CVS, Eckerd, or Walgreen's to get Breath Rx spray or Dr Katz Oxy Breath products. These work too.
Chewing on parsley works (believe it or not) and so does lemon (rind is best).
If your at home brush your teeth AND your tongue.
Pop a mint as an extra bonus.
Good Luck.
Peroxide and water (half and half). Don't swallow it, just swish it in your mouth for 15 seconds and spit it out.
Sugar is the cause of bad breath.

your diet, clean teeth, go to dentist for check ups, take tagament for stomach problems, have regular bms, & try breath mints or stay out of peoples faces.
Brushing every meal, flossing and using mouthwash are the basic solutions to keep the breath fresh. Avoid eating spicy food-food stuffed with onions, chili and garlic are some of the examples. Also, visit your dentist once/twice a year for your dental check-up. If these still do not work, consult a physician because you might have some disease that is not related to the mouth anymore.
