What are some good brands of toothpast and other oral stuff like that??
Question: i have really bad breath and the toothpast that i usaly use(aquafreash) is really woorking for me!
Answers: Aquafresh toothpaste is fine. You can try Listerine, but it could be a medical/dental condition that is causing bad breath. Also, I use a Waterpik which really helps with oral hygiene. It cleans between the teeth and gets out food that the floss did not get. It's not expensive, around $25, and it's the best!
I personally like colgate or crest. Act restoring mouth wash is great. Its a flouride and it kills bad breath germs. It restores your teeth and keeps them strong. I don't really ever have bad breath but I always chew trident white (peppermint only) and it is really strong and the tastes last for a long time. I'll be chewing it for 3 hours and people will still tell me that they smell it strongly. I love it, it never gets soggy or anything and it takes care of your teeth.
