Fish pills??
Question: I know this is dumb, but I'm having trouble swallowing pills. Does anyone have any ideas why?
Answers: try getting the torpedo shape pointing down your throat.....
take some water .....
and tuck your chin in when swallowing. tilting you head back makes it harder
Try liquid fish oil.
It is probably partly a gag reflex thing. Think about it, a pill is actually very small compared to a typical bite of food you eat when you swallow ... take a bite out of a hamburger and chew and swallow - your throat can handle quite a bit, you aren't going to choke on a little pill.
If you can't get past that though, there are liquid alternatives.
I prefer cod liver oil in liquid form to pills. I believe it is more potent and cheaper.
