Is the hype for Goji Juice legitimate??

Question: The hype reminds me of the medicine man from the old wild west.
Answers: I'm not as familiar with Goji brand as I am with other similar juices. What I'll say is there's obviously no one thing that can be a cure-all for every problem. That doesn't mean there aren't nutritional and antioxidant benefits to finding a quality wolf berry juice and adding it to a well-rounded, healthful diet.

Anytime there's true hype surrounding something, I am wary. It's similar with fresh wheat grass juice. There are indisputable nutritional benefits to wheat grass, but that doesn't mean I'm going to get on the band wagon and start believing it is the answer to all that ails me.

Finding a reliable source of information is crucial. And that takes reading a lot and sorting and sifting through what you read to come to a reasonable conclusion. That said, just because you come across someone who fanatically makes unreasonable claims about something, that doesn't mean the whole subject should immediately be rejected, in my humble opinion.
You can research this by typing in your search bar goji juice scam and read through the listed sites.
