Does anyone have an auto immune disease that is eased by dietary restrictions??
Question: I have seronegative spondyloarthropathy. It is almost exactly the same as AS. I am experimenting with no wheat or dairy. If you have any experience in this I would love to know about it.

Answers: Yes I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia,sciatica,carpal tunnel ,the list goes on
I'm staying away from night shade vegetables and things that promote yeast growth.
Of course dairy.
Drinking half your body weight in Oz's.

Many would say they have gotten good results from diet changes for rheumatoid arthritis. There are some extreme diets out there--vegan and such that may work.
I have a family member who has pemphigus. she is on prednizone to help control her outbreaks.She has found some success with eatting by food groups and avoiding certain foods.If I remember correctly she said she eats according to her blood type.She also uses a internet to participate in support groups.She is a fighter and a survivor.She does not waste time feeling sorry for herself.I hope this helps you.
