Is there any homeopathic help for increasing libido??
Question: I'm 38 F, been having problems since my gyn put me on a hormone shot... Could use some advice.... Thanks...
Answers: this web site helped me out alot!!!
Homeopathy stuff is placebo at best, as it contains no molecules of the active ingredient (pure water). So you may think you're increasing your libido, but its all in your mind.
If you're seeking homeopathic remedies, go to this link:

Type low libido and then enter your symptoms.
I agree with much of what the person had answered with as i also work in the same industry (I am a formulator for supplement companies). When looking at various products, be sure to make note if the herb is listed as an extract or powder. straight powders of herb are processed in a lengthy manner and the end result of a lot of the raw materials takes away a lot of its natural efficacy (potency achieved from the compound present within the material in question). But a lot of the fore-mentioned ingredients will work especially well for you . I have worked with many of those ingredients, one way or another and the hormonal related ingredients should definitely be more of your focus.
I've actually got a few suggestions... first and foremost would be to find a natural alternative to the hormone shot, since that's the source of the problem. There are supplements that help to maintain a healthy hormonal balance that many women use throughout their cycles and even into menopause. The most popular ones would be Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Vitex (also called Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid, commonly in Borage Oil and Evening Primrose Oil), and some Soy germ products.
My second suggestion would be for some natural products that help with libido and sexual health. The most popular natural passion products are Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Avena Sativa, Tongkat Ali (or LongJax), Tribulus, L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. Each of those help a different aspect of sexual health, so you might need to try a few.
All in all, the most optimal form of health is a balance, not taking one thing to counteract the side effects of another thing as most drugs do and many doctors preach. Granted, none of those items are Homeopathic, but I assume by that you mean natural (which most people do). Good luck!
