Does Feldenkrais or acupuncture help with arthritis??

Question: I have thumb osteoarthritis that's getting worse. I wear hand splints and use a paraffin bath and even so, it's painful to cook, write, etc. Someone suggested Feldenkrais and acupuncture but I don't want to pay for treatment unless I'm sure it's helped other people.
Answers: Try apple cider vinegar 3 times a day or so. It has to be organic and with the mother. And it won't happen over night
Hi Ellie. Sherry Rogers, M.D. has written a powerful book that may offer you some help with your pain. It is called: Pain Free in 6 Weeks . I highly recommend this book. It is available at Amazon.com.

Best wishes and good luck.
There have been several studies that show that acupuncture can help control arthritis pain.

I have never seen a study on the benefits of the Feldenkrais method. The Feldenkrais is a combination of message and exercise. There are a lot of people who claim it has helped them. There have been studies that show that massage therapy can help control arthritis pain.

Neither will do anything to help correct the problem but may help with the pain.

Omega three fatty acids help a lot of people with arthritis. It is natural anti-inflammatory. It may help control the inflammation in the thumb joint. If you want to try it, take the time to read the label and look for a product that has been purified to remove metals such as led and mercury.
