oh and if you know what might be wrong let me know.
Answers: The hardest part of answering your question is that the cause of the fatigue would really say the best answer for what would help it.
In general, the most popular energy boosters are B-12, Royal Jelly (and other bee-based products), L-Carnitine, Ribose, Ginseng, Guarana and Green Tea (both are natural sources of caffeine).
You could be having sugar crashes. Limit your sugar and starch intake. Have a protien and veggie or fruit every three hours.
Ginsing works fast for energy.
If it's your thyroid then you can try organic coconut oil. Until you find out for sure I would limit soy intake. It can negatively affect your thyroid.
Even just 30 min light cardio will help!
good luck
get checked out for thyroid/parathyroid disease. blood panel should include free and total t4 and t3, plus Reverse T3, plus TSH, calcium etc etc
Carbs are great for energy.
Eat plenty of fruits as well.
Try doing low impact aerobics something that will go with your pace you know alittle stretching and working out your muscles will make a world of difference. Try to add fruits and vegetables and lots of water to your diet. Take Care!!!
most of the time it is probably due to lack of nutrients. if you do not abuse your body, then most likely you are not digesting all of your food.your body is a chemical factory run by electricity.garbage in ,garbage out.depending on your age ,you may need digestive aids like hci or enzymes.
You should eat fruits because they have lots of protein and they will give you energy. Or maybe u should not get drunk and have a hangover. lol
If you are young, I suggest that you monitor your diet. You must avoid eating cold food or drinks.

Are you on some supplements or medications? Check if it will hurt your stomach. Avoid them or talk to your doctor.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are late teens, early 20's you may have mono - you can get tested for this and it is common right now, and it has been a problem this season.
In general: carbohydrates provide more immediate energy, while protein will provide a slower but more sustaining energy. I like a small glass of orange juice (the carbs in the fruit sugar hit the bloodstream rapidly) for a quick boost, and whole grains will help longer, but I have to remember to get that protein to last me until my next meal, or I'll be weak and lethargic.

So that's generally what to eat for energy. Sounds like you may have something more serious, so good for you for going to the doctor.

Did any of the other answers mention depression? Chronic fatigue, or simply the desire to curl up and do nothing, or feelings of weakness/helplessness (and feeling like there's nothing you could do to change that) can all be symptoms of a depressive episode. Depression even has physical symptoms, including aches and pains. Remember this: you don't necessarily have to feel particularly *SAD* to be experiencing depression. Really.

Best wishes and feel better soon!
Change your diet, no all white sugar, bread, and pasta.
Perhaps you are suffering from the side effects of prescription medication, if you are taking any.

Perhaps you need to improve your diet. Most people don't eat enough fruit and vegetables and that is where you get antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health.

Perhaps a women's energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy and are specifically desined for women.
are you exercising ?
big cause of lack of energy is not exercising enough,
and also... not sleeping enough (regular sleep, not intermittant)
Sleep, iron (from beef or spinach, pair it with something that contains vitamin C for best results.) and better digestion. I was so incredibly weak and tired before I started looking out for my digestive system. Before you eat have something acidic(Kimchi, dill pickles half a lemon in a small cup or water with salt.) don't drink anything during your meal, wait an hour to drink something, peppermint, not mint, not spear mint, tea and hot as you can stand water. Good health, God bless, good luck.
