Herbal Tea Opinion??
Question: Has anyone used a Herbal Laxative Tea that they recommend? I am looking for one, but want to know about any good experiences with a particular brand.
Answers: Look for teas that has Senna/Senna leaf as the main ingredient. It doesn't taste nice and if you drink it at night you'll run to the toilet first thing in the morning.
i have used smooth move from wild oats and it works well
used it while on master cleanse
