Looking for something natural to gargle with??

Question: are any of these good choices?

Salt Water
White Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Hydrogen Peroxide
Vodka
???
Answers: budlight.
I received this in an email about Hydrogen Peroxide-

1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the
bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I bathe)

No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash. (Small print says mouth wash and gargle right on the bottle)
Hydrogen peroxide is a wonderful antibacterial and is a debriding agent. It will help kill the bacteria that sits on your tongue and in your oral cavity which is what causes the bad breath. You can also let your toothbrush sit in a little H2O2 to clean that also. It is a antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. It does have many uses. I gargle with it every moring before and after I brush my teeth. Also I didn't see baking soda on your list but that also is a good gargle when mixed with water, it does taste horrible but so does alot of them on your list. I used to work in the hospital and we use to give the baking soda and water to chemo patients because they would get an infection on their tongues from the treatments.
salt or pure lemon juice
All of those listed are good to gargle with when diluted with five parts of water. Use with care as the vinegar and lemon juice can soften the teeth when used too often and too strong.
after using the diluted peroxide the mouth should be rinsed well. The vodka or any alcoholic bev should be avoided unless nothing else is available.
I like the peroxide and didn't know so many other do too. If you believe a dogs mouth is cleaner than that human, I don't, I can't, I believe this is delusion of people who allow their pet to kiss the on the mouth, That's just plain nasty, nasty , nasty. Peroxide gives me peace of mind.
Take a glass of warm water and mix about 1/2 tsp. of seasalt until disolved. Use as often as needed.
